You start My Fuel Tax GPS and go to the Data Wizard page. You can import mileage reports from your GPS provider for one or all trucks in the fleet for up to 3 months at a time. Data for each unit is saved to My Fuel Tax in separate data files. You can import Fuel data likewise or you can enter fuel data manually. Now you are only a few clicks away from generating your IFTA reports. After that you simply print the report to your jurisdiction’s filing form. Likewise, HUT and Weight/Distance taxes are also simple clicks to run and print.
The pricing is as low as $5.00 per month/per unit. Hence, this great time-saving, and accuracy improving feature is very affordable. We do charge a setup fee of $100.00 for fleets of up to 9 trucks and $300.00 for 10 trucks and more.
